Toyota 4-Runner 2015 Black Edition $1,399.99
As we’ve already seen, the Black Edition is in good shape—it’s $1,400 higher and it features new race wheels and new paint! I can’t say I was disappointed, even though it was a bit overpriced. The 2014 Edition sports the same engine, even better brakes, front and rear suspension, new LED taillights, a revised front air sealant, an updated front brake caliper and a new front end differential. The 2014 Edition looks like the same as the 2013 Edition, but it might seem slightly more expensive the moment you put it on sale, which is fine, as cars like the 2014 will sell for quite a premium. There’s also less rubber than in 2013 to help the brakes, and the 2014 Edition also comes with a new paint job, too. It has a longer wheelbase than the 2014, a larger, more aggressive rear end, rear spoiler, and wider tires, the two things that drive the 2014 a bit. There’s also a small-block 4-speed manual transmission, but it’s not as convenient. It’s got a more aggressive manual shifter for better corner clearance control, a taller steering wheel with slightly larger steering wheel diameter, and a wider wheelbase than the 2014. But in the end, the 2014 Edition looks pretty good. It’s a beautiful car.
